No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) pgkuda account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of Terms & Conditions pgkuda and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any remaining balance or bonuses.

Log in to your account, click the profile icon at the top right corner, then select "Account Settings" or "My Profile". You can update your phone number, email address, and other details there. For name or date of birth changes, please contact our customer support with your MyKad for verification.

For permanent account closure, contact the pgkuda support team via email at support@pgkuda.biz or through live chat. You will need to verify your identity and confirm the closure request. All remaining balances will be withdrawn to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You may also use the Self-Exclusion if the account closure is related to a gambling problem.

pgkuda withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating hours (8 AM – 12 midnight). Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed the following business morning. Your first withdrawal may take longer due to security verification procedures.

The pgkuda welcome bonus wagering requirement is 20x of the total bonus amount received. This means that if you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must place bets totalling RM 2,000 before you can withdraw those bonus funds. The 20x requirement is among the lowest in the industry.
